How can I turn a regular house window into a serving window for a concession trailer?

I need it to have a sliding screen in it to keep the bugs out but to allow me to serve the customers with food. where can I buy just a sliding screen that will fit in the track of the window when it is open and allow me to slide it open when needed to serve out of?
