Can some one explain these things please?

Just a little hint to what it is at least

-A rain-sensitive house window (whats this???)
perhaps a window that automatically closes when it rains?

-A built-in auto refrigerator
A refrig built into a car/auto, usually in the glove compartment. I think this is available as an option for some models.

-A windshield deicer
cars already have these for the rear window via an electric grid built into the window. For the front window, they use hot air from the heater.

-A collector for dust(smoke) particles from stacks
already in use, electrostatic precipitators.
