Where can I find Mr. Bill apparel from the show SNL?

I would like to be able to find a place to buy Mr. Bill stuff, Sluggo stuff, and Mrs. Bill (I think that’s her name it might be Miss Sally) stuff. I’ve already checked amazon. Plz help.
