I want to custom order clothing with an intricate design of my choosing on specific fabric. Where can i do it?

I don’t want a t-shirt company, i don’t want a men’s clothing company. I want someone or some company that can make an outfit that is exactly what i want, regardless of the price. What i’m looking for is a silk shirt & silk slacks with large images embroidered on.
